Controller Setup

About this game:
This is an action shooting game using a third party perspective from behind the vessel. It was given a premise of a shoot’em up arcade action game but with a 3d perspective. The controls are built around 5 DOF (degrees of freedom) for great maneuverability in a zero gravity environment. At present, there are 11 stages total to explore that are all accessible at the start of the game. There will be an additional update with more challenges at a later time.
Lore:
There are two space fighters although they are not directly accessible to the player in the game. Through out the main concept of the game the player will have command of the Black Dove which is a piloted fighter about the size of a jet fighter or space pod. White Dove will be featured in the upcoming OnSlaught gameplay that will feature infinite bosses and enemies for a high score campaign during gameplay.

Here is the original Dove concept.

Portraits and Logo Work.

Also, there are some other Fighter Concepts that did not make it in the game. Here are some of the others here.

And there was a gun for the pilot. Was going to have a pilot floating around in tight areas shooting enemies where the ship couldn’t reach. But fleshing it out was taking longer than I would have liked. So, I instead stuck with just a fighter clearing the area.

Just about everything you see on this site for my games was done using Blender3d software. I was also able to render some of the worlds background in the game using Blender as well. Here are a few of the precepts.
